We r a family with 2 kids (7-5). Lucky us we have rent this beautiful villa for two months !!! Its exactly as the pictures and even more. The kids love the place, they can run around all day. The washing machine is great. The kitchen is well equipped so we go every day to the market and cook with fresh ingredients... The cleaning lady comes every day and she is lovely. We super recommend this house. You will enjoy. Marina.

We stayed here over the Christmas period. 3 adults and one teenager. We found the villa very comfortable especially as my sister had her own ensuite room upstairs. We found the mattress very comfortable a first for India!!( if your not in a 5 star hotel)!! The kitchen is very well equipped with a super cold fridge. The washing machine was another advantage especially with a teenager who changes their clothes 3 times a day! Large garden with washing line. You can easily walk to Patnem beach 10 mins max. There are lots of rickshaws on the road outside to take you to Choudi for shopping and atm. I would definitely recommend Coca house for a holiday in South Goa we had a delightful comfortable stay.

My wife and our two kids (12 and 7 respectively) spent four nights at Coco House last year. The first big thing about three place is the location. It's at the edge of South Goa. This is possibly one of the few places in Goa that reminds you of the holidays you took to the West Coast Paradise twenty years ago - pristine beaches, discerning tourists, reasonably priced food, and an authentic local flavour in the bars and shops around you. For us the rest of Goa has become somewhat tacky. Columb with Petnem and Palolem abutting is something else. As is Coco House with its 500 sq yard property lined with coconut palms, hammocks and an endless veranda. I volunteered to water the plants every evening - it was just so relaxing. So the thing was - in the day we'd got the beaches and do the beach holiday thing. But to be able to be able to retire to a Portuguese style Casa, move around and cook and slip in and out of the house for this and that was such a liberating feeling on holiday. Especially for the kids. That's the beauty really of staying in a homestay, especially a house like this one and not just an apartment. What's the point of surging the day under open skies and nights couped inside a room with just the TV for company? Why not also watch the stars from your hammock at night? It is exactly this experience that made our Coco holiday different. And were determined to choose no other option in future. What helps is that the hosts are German/Indians. The trims are good quality, and the pace while not overdone is very well stocked with things you need (the washing machine is front loading for example, there's a pump boosting water supply ever time you turn on a tap, and things like that). Overall it was also very good for the kids. Soft cricket on the driveway, running smock amidst the coconut palms, and running up and down the stairs with a hideaways all over the house. Coco House ... A big thumbs up!
