Booking and Prices
Coco House Goa can be rented throughout the year.
The holiday home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a combined living/dining room, a kitchen, a veranda and a huge garden area.
The rates include all ameneties like cleaning service, WiFi, electricity, water, gas and parking space.
The pricing structure follows three periods:
- Monsoon-Special from 1st of June till end of September
- Season from 1st of October till 14th of December and 16th of January till end of May.
- Peak season from 15th of December till 15th of January
- Rental for a longer period: on request

The following additional services with extra fees are available:
- Pick-up-service from the aiport or train station.
- Renting of auto scooter or motor bike

Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Payment of full amount after booking.
- 50 % refund if canceled at least 45 days before arrival date.
- In peak season no refund available.
- We ask for a 10,000.00 INR safety deposit.
